Fan Receives Unexpected Favor From Caitlin Clark on Monday
Fan Receives Unexpected Favor From Caitlin Clark on Monday originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
A select number of Indiana Fever fans received a big treat on Monday after getting some exclusive face time with Caitlin Clark and the rest of the squad. MVP season ticket holders were able to watch the Fever practice at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Monday, followed by a Q&A session with the players.
Some lucky supporters also got the opportunity to snap pictures with Clark and Co. This was the case for a young fan who also had a brief conversation with the reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year during the photo session.
The young girl's Lexie Hull shirt caught the attention of Clark, who asked the fan if Hull was her favorite player on the team. The newly crowned WNBA All-Star captain then told the fan that she was going to say "hey" to Hull on her behalf.

The fan looked like she was a bit starstruck in the moment, but she's definitely going to love the unexpected favor from Clark. The supporter may not have had the chance to snap a photo with Hull, but at least Clark is going to send her message.
It's not every day that a fan gets to have one of the top superstars in the WNBA play the role of a messenger for them, which is why this young supporter should count herself lucky.
As for her recovery, there is still no confirmation if Clark will be able to make her return on Wednesday against the Golden State Valkyries. However, she was able to participate in practice on Monday, which seems to indicate that she's headed in the right direction.
Clark has missed the last five games for Indiana due to a lingering groin injury, but it appears that she's finally getting close to her much-awaited comeback.
