Sophie Cunningham's One-Word Response to Caitlin Clark's Concern originally appeared on Athlon Sports.

It wasn't just Caitlin Clark who made her much-anticipated return to action on Saturday night against the New York Liberty.

Sophie Cunningham, who missed the Fever's last three games due to a lingering ankle issue, also made her comeback to help Indiana secure an impressive 102-88 victory over the defending champions.

There's no denying that it was Clark who stole the show after the reigning WNBA Rookie of the Year exploded for a season-high 32 points. Photos and videos of Clark's awe-inspiring performance have been making their rounds on social media, with Clark herself even posting a few of her favorite pictures on Instagram.

In true Caitlin Clark fashion, the 23-year-old could not help but highlight a rather forgettable moment involving Cunningham during their win against the Liberty. One of Clark's photos features the former Iowa star hoisting a shot from beyond the three-point line. Cunningham can also be seen in the background of the photo, as the veteran was down on the ground.

Clark tagged Cunningham in the picture and asked, "Bro u good?"

Clark's concern drew a one-word response from Cunningham.

"No," she responded via her Instagram stories.

Despite her reply here, Cunningham was, in fact, "good" after this play. She carried on after momentarily hitting the deck and ended up finishing with five points, four rebounds, a steal, and one three-pointer in 25 minutes off the bench.

Cunningham is no superstar, but there's no denying that she will be an important piece for the Fever moving forward. At this point, Indiana is just happy to get her back out there.
