Simone Biles has opened up about a recent health scare that led to her hospitalization, labeling it the "scariest experience" she's ever faced. The seven-time Olympic gold medalist shared her ordeal through an Instagram story on Saturday, posting a photo of herself adorned with hospital bracelets.

In her candid message, Biles expressed her reluctance to disclose personal matters but felt compelled to share her recent experience. "I'm not one to normally share things like this because I value privacy in today's age. but almost dying wasn't on my bingo card earlier this week," she wrote, hinting at the severity of the situation.

While the 29-year-old gymnast did not specify the exact nature of her medical emergency, she noted that it was particularly distressing with her husband, Jonathan Owens, away for practice with the Indianapolis Colts. Biles took a moment to thank her close friends and family for their support during this challenging time, stating, "s/o to my close circle who reached out, checked in, visited & or sent flowers. loooovveeee y'all."

In addition to her heartfelt gratitude, Biles shared images of the floral arrangements she received while recovering at home.
