During her four-year career with the Iowa Hawkeyes, Caitlin Clark was the face of college basketball.
In what was the final game of her career, which also happened to be the NCAA Tournament title game against South Carolina, 18.9 million fans tuned in. According to The Athletic, it was the most-watched basketball game since 2019, regardless of level or gender.
While Clark was the headliner of the team, the Hawkeyes had a few talented players around her, like guard Kate Martin (Golden State Valkyries) and forward Hannah Stuelke.
Although Clark (Indiana Fever) and Martin are off to the WNBA, Stuelke is heading into her final year as a Hawkeye. Before she helps the Hawkeyes make a push for a title after a season that saw them get bounced out of the second round of the NCAA Tournament, she will have a chance to represent the Stars and Stripes.
As announced on Thursday, the All-Big Ten selection was named one of the 12 players selected for the 2025 USA Women's AmeriCup Team.
