Napoli prepare for meeting to finalise Lucca deal

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Napoli are confident of securing the services of Lorenzo Lucca from Udinese and have scheduled a meeting with the Bianconeri this week.

The Italy international has already given the green light to a move to the Stadio Maradona, but Napoli must convince Udinese to sell their striker.
According to Gazzetta, Napoli are confident of shaking hands with the Bianconeri in a meeting this week.
Lucca’s transfer fee revealed
The transfer fee for the 24-year-old is expected to be around €30m.
Lucca is understood to be a direct request from Napoli coach Antonio Conte, who is seeking a backup striker for Romelu Lukaku.
Napoli had also been in talks with Jonathan David, but the Italian tactician opted to go for Lucca instead.
Lucca scored 12 goals in 33 Udinese appearances last season, making his senior Italy debut in October 2024.
The towering centre-forward had previously been linked with Milan and Arsenal.
