What happened to Tyrese Haliburton in Game 7 of the NBA Finals?

Indiana Pacers star guard Tyrese Haliburton suffered what appears to be a serious lower-leg injury during the first quarter of Game 7 in the NBA Finals.
There was no immediate update, but replays indicated a possible Achilles injury to the right leg. Haliburton was dealing with a right calf strain before Game 6, a 30-point Pacers victory.

Haliburton started Game 7 quickly, burying 3-of-4 from 3-point range in seven minutes. He left the court with a towel over his head, putting no pressure on his right leg.
After one quarter, the Thunder held a 25-22 lead.
Indiana is seeking to win a Game 7 on the road for only the fifth time in modern NBA Finals history.
