WNBA Team Records Another Sellout Game originally appeared on Athlon Sports.
The Atlanta Dream had a 93-80 victory over the Chicago Sky on Sunday. Fans were excited to see their team in action and attended the game at the Gateway Center Arena at College Park. It was the Dream's second home game in a row before their one-game road trip against the Dallas Wings on Tuesday.
Allisha Gray put on a show against the Sky. The two-time All-Star had a historic game with her 19-point outing. Gray added five rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block. She also took over the fourth place in the Dream's all-time 3-pointers history. The star player she overtook was Renee Montgomery, who is a part-owner of the WNBA team.
After the contest, the Dream recognized another sellout crowd in their home venue. Atlanta played two home games over the weekend, and fans attended both. According to the WNBA team, they recorded their 28th consecutive sellout.
"ANOTHER SOLD OUT WEEKEND!" the Dream posted. "This past weekend we secured 2 SOLD OUT games making our 28th consecutive sellout of Dream Season!"

The venue has a capacity of 5,000 seats during concerts. However, that figure decreases to 3,500 when a basketball game is being played. In their bout against the Sky, there were some recognizable people in attendance. Musician J. Holiday and Trinidad Jame$ were present. Comedian FunnyMarco and Orlando Magic center Wendell Carter Jr. watched the game as well.
