The Miami Heat are already having a blast with their new star, Giannis Antetokounmpo.

After a blockbuster trade with the Milwaukee Bucks that sent Antetokounmpo, 31, to Miami in June, the Greek basketball star took his first tour around the team’s locker room facilities in a video shared by the Heat on Thursday, July 16.

“Welcome to @kaseyacenter 🏠,” the Heat wrote in their caption of the video, which shows Antetokounmpo — whose nickname among NBA fans is the “Greek Freak” — walking up to his locker, where the team had left him a gift basket full of snacks, which the NBA star is known for appreciating.

Antetokounmpo’s new teammate, Bam Adebayo, gave him a warm welcome via social media by joking, “Y’all gave my boy a snack basket? 😭,” Adebayo, 28, commented on the Heat’s post.

Antetokounmpo is known for his love of trying new snacks. The NBA star’s old posts on Twitter have gone viral, including the first time he tried a smoothie in America and the first time he tried Funyuns and a hot dog.

The Bucks traded Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis to Miami in exchange for Tyler Herro, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Kel’el Ware, Kasparas Jakučionis and a haul of draft picks.

Antetokounmpo said goodbye to Bucks fans in an emotional video post on July 6. “I hope bringing a trophy to this city meant something to them because it meant so much to me,” Antetokounmpo told fans. “I want you to hear it from my mouth: The city of Milwaukee will always be in my heart. This is my home. No matter where I am, Milwaukee will always be my city, my team, my family.”

The two-time MVP continued, “I believe the city of Milwaukee is blue collar. It’s people that work extremely hard every single day, and give all their hard-earned money to come watch the Milwaukee Bucks. To come and feel something, to come be a part of us. I hope that I was able to represent them the best that I could. And I was like them. I showed up to work. Did everything that I was willing to do, all the dirty work, just like them.”
