Falcons rookies report to training camp today

The Atlanta Falcons are one step closer to training camp as their 2026 NFL Draft class officially reports to the team's Flowery Branch facility on Friday. While the rookies are set to arrive today, the veterans won't get to camp until Tuesday, July 28.

After that, the Falcons will hold their first training camp practice on Wednesday, July 29. The team has 10 scheduled open practices, starting on Friday, July 31, and ending with two joint practices on August 19-20 with the Indianapolis Colts.

Atlanta's starting quarterback job is up for grabs between Michael Penix Jr. and Tua Tagovailoa, and while NFL analysts are desperate to declare a winner, the competition hasn't even really started yet.
