FIFA World Cup 2026: England, Argentina to play in Atlanta semifinal game
The FIFA World Cup semifinals are set and we now know which two teams are coming to Atlanta next week.
It’ll be England versus Argentina for a spot in the World Cup final.

England defeated Norway, 2-1, in extra time Saturday afternoon in Miami. Jude Bellingham scored twice to help England reach the semifinals for the first time since 2018.
Argentina defeated Switzerland, 3-1, in extra time Saturday night in Kansas City. Alexis Mac Allister, Julian Alvarez and Lautaro Martinez scored for the defending champions.
The final FIFA World Cup 2026 match in Atlanta, a semifinal game, will be played July 15. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m.
It will be the eighth and final 2026 World Cup game played at Atlanta Stadium.
