What happened to Jordan Henderson after England's win over Mexico?
Following the England victory at Estadio Azteca on Sunday night, midfielder Jordan Henderson appeared to pick up a very fluky injury.
Henderson did not play in the match, but was booked for his protests during the latter stages of the game, shown a yellow card for his verbal assaults while warming up along the touchline.
After the game, there was a strange scene as Henderson was stretchered off from the post-game celebrations while receiving oxygen in the thin air of Mexico City.
Video appeared to show Henderson tripped while stepping over the advertising boards at the end of singing Wonderwall with the England fans. Henderson was one of the first England players to leave the area, and seems to fall over the board while returning to the pitch.

While the extent of the injury has not yet been revealed, it appears to be “really bad” according to Thomas Tuchel, who confirmed that Henderson was taken to the hospital.
Tuchel confirmed it was a wrist injury for Henderson, likely suffered while reaching out to break his fall.
Is Jordan Henderson out of the World Cup?
It's unclear right now how long Jordan Henderson is out for, or if he has even been seriously injured.
However, if he has suffered a broken wrist or arm - which could be a possibility given he was stretchered off receiving oxygen - then he would unquestionably be done for the rest of the World Cup.
If Henderson were to need surgery, that would almost surely be the end of his tournament.
More information is needed at this point, and likely will not be available until the following day.
