How long has Emmanuel Pregnon been with the Jaguars?
Pregnon was selected by the Jaguars with the 88th overall pick in the third round of the 2026 NFL Draft.
Looking back at Emmanuel Pregnon's 2025 college season
Pregnon started his college career in Wyoming, before transferring to USC, and landing in Oregon for his senior year. He had a strong season in 2025, having been named one of Pro Football Focus' highest-graded run-blockers at the guard position. He also did well at pass protection, allowing just one sack and five pressures over 471 pass-blocking snaps.
Looking ahead to 2026 for Emmanuel Pregnon
For draft analysts, Pregnon was the only selection from Jacksonville that was applauded and was named one of the best overall picks in the draft by ESPN. That puts a lot of pressure on Pregnon to live up to the hype. As a top 100 draft pick, he will certainly have a spot on the final roster, but can he earn a starting job?
That isn't outside the realm of possibility. The Jaguars are looking for more consistency from the offensive line unit, particularly in the run game. With a strong performance in training camp, Pregnon could find himself in the mix, but earning a starting job won't come easy with Ezra Cleveland and Patrick Mekari having experience on their side, not to mention that Wyatt Milum could push for playing time at guard as well.
