Jersey lose to Nepal beat in rain-affected match
Jersey lost to Nepal by five wickets in a rain-affected one-day match between the two sides.
The game was the second in a two-match series after Nepal had beaten the islanders by 81 runs on Monday.
Batting first, Jersey scored 282-6 from their 50 overs as Patrick Gouge hit 95, his highest score for the islanders.
In reply, Nepal made 251-5 off 46 overs before rain curtailed the game at Grainville, with the visitors winning on the DLS method.
The matches are part of preparations for Jersey's final ICC Challenge League event due to take place in Qatar later in the year.
Jersey also host the United Arab Emirates in two 50-over games on 27 and 29 July.

Having suffered a batting collapse in their loss on Monday - Jersey had been 59-8 inside 20 overs - openers Harrison Carlyon and Patrick Gouge put in a more assured start.
The pair laid a good foundation as they brought up a century partnership after 20.1 overs.
Gouge reached his half-century off 58 balls, although he was almost caught on the boundary by Nepal skipper Aarif Sheikh, before Carlyon reached his 50 with the next delivery off 68 balls.
The partnership was eventually broken when Carlyon was stumped off Lalit Rajbanshi's bowling for 56 off 80 balls to leave Jersey on 115-1.
Gouge and Nick Greenwood put on 68 for the second wicket before the Wellington star was caught by Bhim Sharki off Sandeep Lamichhane's bowling for 32.
The same pair dismissed Gouge two-and-a-half overs later as he was caught on the boundary to end a 110-ball knock, including 10 fours and two sixes.
Zak Tribe went on to make 50 off 37 balls, while captain Jonty Jenner scored 27 off 15 balls as the islanders ended their innings on 282-6.
Jersey had a great start with the ball with Julius Sumerauer bowling Aasif Sheikh for one in the second over.
But fellow opener Kushal Bhurtel and Ishan Pandey steadied the innings with a 75-run second-wicket stand before Charles Perchard dismissed Bhurtel for 51.
Sharki added 37 before Scott van Breda struck to leave Nepal on 186-3 off 33.3 overs.
But Pandey went on to make 90 off 115 balls before falling victim to Perchard as Nepal moved on to 197-4.
Aarif Sheikh was run out for 3 soon after, but Dipendra Singh Airee and Rohit Paudel pushed the score onto 251-5 when rain stopped play with four overs to go with Nepal needing 32 runs to win.
