McClements claims swimming silver for Team NI
24 year-old para-swimmer Barry McClements has won the silver medal in the final of the men's 100m backstroke S9 at Tollcross.
It's Northern Ireland's second medal of the Commonwealth Games after Bethany Firth took bronze last night in the women's 100m freestyle S14.
McClements, who won the bronze four years ago in Birmingham, pushed Australia's Timothy Hodge all the way to the touch, finishing in a time of 1:03.68, just 0.68 behind the Australian.
