Elsewhere in the report, it states that Annemarie told police that she planned on divorcing Marcellus due to his “unreported history of violence towards her in the past.”
Marcellus denied the claims that he and his wife were involved in a physical altercation, stating that he was in the hotel room to take care of his children.

Despite that, police still found probable cause for Marcellus’ arrest, leading to him being charged with alleged domestic battery, according to a previous report from The Blast.
More About Marcellus Wiley And Annemarie On ‘The Real Housewives’
Marcellus and Annemarie appeared briefly in Season 13 of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Their stint on the show was clouded by drama and controversy.
Viewers weren’t pleased with either of the public figures, as some accused Marcellus of being transphobic due to past comments he made about trans athletes in sports.
Annemarie defended Marcellus against the accusations, calling them “hurtful, disgusting, and damaging.”
“My husband’s stance on [trans women competing against cisgender women] is that he is not in support of it, and he’s in support of there being safe spaces for everybody, and I agree with that,” she said.
Annemarie was booted from “RHOBH” after one season, and in a statement, she said she was “disappointed” with the network’s decision.
“I never auditioned for this show. The show found me and asked me to be on it out of the blue, 6 weeks after the cast had already started filming,” she said. “I was thrown into filming 2 weeks later, mid-season.”
Annemarie Implied The Network Set Her Up To Fail
In her departure announcement, Annemarie implied Bravo set her up to fail before saying she mistakenly followed producers’ instructions, believing that “was the way ‘the game was played.'”
She went on to say that she was sad “RHOBH” viewers didn’t get a chance to know the real her or see “even a glimpse of my unique life story.”
“What I am is a woman — a proud Black woman — who is truly blessed with a wonderful strong Black man as my husband, who lifts me and our four wonderful children up with so much love and positivity on the daily,” she wrote. “It was an important mission of mine for the next season to show a solid Black family unit and that ‘true Black love’ exists, even in Beverly Hills.”
Marcellus Accused Of Sexual Assault
Earlier this year, four women came forward and accused Marcellus of sexually assaulting them between the years 1995 and 2009.
Two women claimed the former NFL player allegedly assaulted them during his time as a student athlete at Columbia, while a third accused Marcellus of grooming her when she was a minor and allegedly r–ing her when she turned 18.
The fourth victim accused Marcellus of assaulting her in 2009 when she worked for ESPN. “When we went to his room, Wiley excused himself to use the bathroom,” the woman stated, according to legal documents. “He emerged from the bathroom naked. He pushed me up against the windows of the room so hard I thought they would shatter. I was petrified and believed I was going to be killed.”
Marcellus denied the allegations against him shortly after, calling them “false” and accusing the women of coming after him for fame.
“As they say, assassination by accusation. That’s their goal. They’re trying by lying. They don’t want justice. They want just ice. Money, bling, things,” he said. “For every one of them, I either saw, communicated through email, text, phone, was invited by these individuals after these dates to engage, to be intimate or all the above, after the dates that are in question.”
