Tu Holloway joining Chris Mack's South Florida coaching staff | Report
Former Xavier Musketeers standout guard Tu Holloway is joining Chris Mack's coaching staff at South Florida, according to a report April 9 from Fox 19's Joe Danneman.
Danneman reports that Holloway will be Mack's director of player development.
Holloway played four seasons at XU, from 2008 to 2012. Mack was a Xavier assistant from 2004 to 2009, and was the Musketeers' head coach from 2009 to 2018.
Mack, a former St. Xavier High School standout who also played at Xavier, left College of Charleston March 25 to become South Florida's head coach. Longtime XU assistant Dante Jackson left the Muskies to join Mack's USF staff.
Mack named former XU assistant Jeremy Growe as associate head coach.
Mack tweeted in January that Holloway visited him at Charleston.
The Cougars hired former Akron Zips head coach John Groce to replace Mack.
