What is superstar free agent LeBron James looking for in his next NBA team?

Well, according to ESPN's Shams Charania, it's not necessarily an opportunity to reunite with a former teammate like Anthony Davis. It's for more, shall we say, obvious reasons.

To Charania, James' decision will come down to three pretty self-evident reasons. Maybe this is just agent-speak, but hypothetically, all of these reasons make sense.

"This is going to be based on happiness in terms of [the] chance to contend for a championship, a chance to compete at a high level, join a culture," Charania said on Wednesday's Pat McAfee Show.

“Sources tell me LeBron James, his agent Rich Paul, they’re not waiting for another domino right now. They’re not waiting for Anthony Davis to get traded. CLE, MIA, GSW, PHI, MIN, they’re set.
