Morocco

Morocco defeated Netherlands on penalties in the Round of 32 before eliminating Canada with a 3-0 victory in the Round of 16. The first African nation to reach back-to-back quarterfinals, Morocco is looking for revenge against France after the French eliminated the nation in the 2022 semifinals.

France

France rolled past Sweden 3-0 in the Round of 32 before winning a grueling 1-0 battle against Paraguay on a 70th minute penalty kick by Kylian Mbappe. It's France's fourth consecutive quarterfinals appearance, and a win over Morocco would give France its third consecutive trip to the semifinals.

Norway

Norway is quarterfinal-bound for the first time ever, after an upset of Brazil in the Round of 16. Led by Erling Haaland, Norway knocked out Ivory Coast in a closely contested Round of 32 battle before Haaland's two late goals were the difference against Brazil. Norway is set to face England in the quarterfinals.

England

England is making its third consecutive quarterfinal appearance and is seeking its second semifinal appearance in the last three World Cups after narrow wins over DR Congo and Mexico. England will meet Erling Haaland and Norway in Miami.
