The Yankees will be represented in the Home Run Derby again this year.

Ben Rice announced on social media on Tuesday that he will officially participate in the event.

Rice is the second confirmed player in the field, joining last year's runner-up, Tampa slugger Junior Caminero

The lefty is looking to become the fifth Yankee to win the event, and the first since Aaron Judge in 2017.

Second baseman Jazz Chisholm Jr. is the latest Yankee to participate, but he was eliminated after lifting just three home runs in the first round at Truist Park last year.

Rice will look to put on a much better show in his first-ever appearance.

The 27-year-old certainly has been doing so during the first-half of this season, as he's solidified himself as a staple in the Yankees' lineup with a team-high 25 homers through 85 games.

He already sits just one shy of tying his career-high set last season.

Rice's father Ben will pitch to him in the event, which takes place on July 13 at 8 p.m in Philadelphia.
