Quarterback Brendan Sorsby will officially step away from his legal battle with Texas Tech, as he plans to dismiss his lawsuit in Lubbock County, Texas, on Tuesday. This decision will effectively nullify the temporary injunction that had restored his NCAA eligibility for the 2026 season, thus disqualifying him from playing for Texas Tech.
