Justin Melo of Sports Illustrated published a list of fourth-round draft "steals" this spring, and only five players made the cut.

Their article begins, "The following fourth-round picks stick out as the biggest 2026 NFL Draft steals in their respective round. The criteria for selection includes prospects we foresee outperforming their draft slot, combined with a pathway to contributing as rookies."

Among them? Former Washington Husky, now Denver Broncos running back, Jonah Coleman.

At Washington State in 2024, Coleman achieved 1,053 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns, with an average of 5.5 yards per carry. In his two full seasons with the Huskies, Coleman scored 25 touchdowns in 25 games, hauled in 54 receptions for 531 yards and two scores, and received honorable mention All-Big Ten recognition in both 2024 and 2025.

SI.com's article notes that the Broncos backfield is a bit crowded at the moment, but predicts Jonah could break through as the lead back as early as the 2027 season. With Bleacher Report predicting an RJ Harvey "bust" this season, it will be interesting to see how quickly Coleman's impact is felt on the field.
