Memphis Grizzlies rookie Cameron Boozer was the youngest player selected in the 2026 NBA Draft. Despite his age, he seems to be the most NBA-ready player from his class, as he is physically dominant, and he also has a tremendous skill set.

During his year at Duke, he was one of the most efficient offensive players in the country. He averaged 22.5 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game. Boozer is a versatile player, but he also makes the right decisions quite often.

Cameron Boozer is not worried about the NBA three-point line being further

On Monday, Boozer did not have the best performance in the Grizzlies' 96-88 loss to the Dallas Mavericks at NBA Summer League. It was a tough defeat, especially since Boozer only shot 2-for-8 from beyond the arc.

Ahead of the fourth quarter, Boozer only shot 1-for-6 from three, which prompted people to question his averages in college.

At the same time, this also led to questions about how he might struggle from the NBA three-point line, which is further from the line in college. It seems he is not too worried because he was dismissive about that question during the game.

"Yeah, I shot 40% at Duke. I don't think it's too much of an adjustment. I think I gotta start making the right plays in this game, we're not playing well, not getting a lot of calls, so we gotta keep playing," Boozer said during the Grizzlies' game against the Mavericks at NBA Summer League.

Boozer is confident that he will be a good player in his rookie year, and the further three-point line won't bother him. Considering he has lived his life being coached up by his dad, Carlos, a former NBA All-Star, he won't have that much of an issue.
