Kentucky Wildcats News: Karl-Anthony Towns invades the WWE

WWE’s Saturday Night Main Event at Madison Square Garden last night included a special appearance by one of New York’s biggest stars this year – former Kentucky Wildcat Karl Anthony-Towns.
KAT made his special appearance during a match between Danhausen (remember him?) and The Judgment Day. KAT walked out of a special cloning box near the ramp before making his way to the ring.
KAT climbed into the ring and delivered a pair of chokeslams, including chokeslamming Dom Mysterio through a table, which led to Danhausen picking up the win.
Fresh off an NBA Championship run where he averaged a double-double in the NBA Finals, KAT is a star in New York, and he received a pretty big pop from the crowd at Madison Square Garden for Saturday Night Main Event.
