Massachusetts Legion Baseball state tournament coming to Milford

Fino Field is ready for a close-up. The historic field in Milford will host the 2026 Massachusetts American Legion Baseball Senior State Tournament from Saturday, July 25 through Wednesday, July 29.

Milford Post 59 last hosted the state tournament in 2022. Milford automatically qualifies for the tournament as the host, and the remainder of the participants will be determined by zone championships held this weekend across the state.

The state champion will advance to the New England Regional Tournament in Shrewsbury from August 5-9. That regional winner will travel to Shelby, North Carolina, for the World Series from August 13-19.

The state and regional tournaments are double elimination, while the World Series has pool play followed by single eliminatino semifinals.

Hudson Post 100 reached the World Series in 2024.

Fall River is the defending state champion.

Saturday, July 25

Game 1: District 4 vs. District 8, 10 a.m.

Game 2: District 3A vs. DistrictB 6, 1 p.m.

Game 3: District 10 vs. District 3B, 4:30 p.m.

Game 4: District 5A vs. Milford, 7: 30 p.m.
