Welcome to Midnight Mania!

Let’s start the night off by taking a look back over the three biggest stories of Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

  1. Don’t panic! Conor McGregor lands in Las Vegas amidst rumors he’s pulling out of UFC 329: At this point, it would be some kind of divine intervention if McGregor were to suffer an injury and pull out.
  2. Hard pass? Fans revolt as Nate Diaz hints at Mike Perry rematch: Would I watch it again? Of course. Do I think it would end any differently or is the best use of their time? Definitely not.
  3. Dustin Poirier reveals brain scarring, behavioral changes motivated UFC retirement: One last time, here’s hoping Poirier stays sober and gets whatever help he needs.
