The Wisconsin Badgers women's hockey team has flipped not one, but two Minnesota Golden Gophers class of 2027 recruits.

Defender Megan Mossey was the first to flip, but now she's joined by forward Annabelle Lovell.

Lovell took to Instagram to share a message that she'd be flipping her commitment: "On, Wisconsin! I'm excited to announce my commitment to play Division I hockey at the University of Wisconsin."

The two-time U-18 World Championships participant for Team USA also thanked her family, coaches, teammates, and Caitrin Lonergan.

Lovell plays for Lovell Academy, a program where she holds the all-time points record. She originally committed to Minnesota in August of 2025, but she's had a lot of time to think about her decision, and longtime head coach Mark Johnson was eventually able to win her over.
