The final gameweek of the Premier League season is finally here, although, the champion – Arsenal has been confirmed, there is still plenty left to play for across the table.

From the race for European qualification to the battle for survival, every goal on Sunday could completely change the outcome of the season.

Managers will also be carefully monitoring team news, injuries and possible rotation, especially with several clubs already thinking ahead to summer plans after a long campaign.

Brighton & Hove Albion vs Manchester United

Brighton head into the final day with European hopes still alive, although injuries in midfield and defense continue to affect squad balance. Manchester United have managed their injury problems better in recent weeks, but fatigue and rotation remain concerns after a demanding end to the season.

Prediction: Brighton 2:2 Manchester United

Burnley vs Wolverhampton Wanderers

Burnley are still struggling with depth issues across defense and midfield due to recurring hamstring and knee injuries. Wolves have a slightly healthier squad overall, though a few doubts in defense could make things difficult away from home.

Prediction: Burnley 1:1 Wolves

Crystal Palace vs Arsenal

Crystal Palace continue to deal with injuries in midfield and attack, limiting their options against the newly crowned champions. Arsenal have a relatively stable squad available, although a few defensive absences could still force slight adjustments to the starting lineup.

Prediction: Crystal Palace 1:3 Arsenal

Fulham vs Newcastle United

Fulham remain affected by injuries in both defense and midfield, while fitness concerns around a few attacking players reduce their flexibility going forward. Newcastle United have important players returning at the right time, although defensive injuries are still a concern heading into the final match of the season.

Prediction: Fulham 1:2 Newcastle United

Liverpool vs Brentford

Liverpool know that at least a point could be enough to secure an important European place, and they will be desperate to finish strongly at Anfield. Brentford continue to manage injuries across defense and midfield, while uncertainty surrounding a few key starters could affect their overall stability.

Prediction: Liverpool 3:1 Brentford

Manchester City vs Aston Villa

Manchester City still have plenty riding on this fixture, and despite some lingering defensive injury concerns, they remain one of the strongest attacking sides in the league. Aston Villa are coming into the game after with the euphoria of their UEFA Europa League success, and this can positively influence their perfomance.

Prediction: Manchester City 2:2 Aston Villa

Nottingham Forest vs Bournemouth

Nottingham Forest continue to battle several injuries across the squad, particularly in defense where depth has been stretched for weeks. Bournemouth have been one of the form teams in recent months and, despite a few minor injury concerns, they look far more settled heading into the final day.

Prediction: Nottingham Forest 1:2 Bournemouth

Sunderland vs Chelsea

Sunderland have had injury concerns throughout the season, especially in midfield and defense, but the home crowd could give them extra energy on the final day. Chelsea are still dealing with a few attacking absences, although their overall squad quality should still give them the edge in this matchup.

Prediction: Sunderland 1:2 Chelsea

Tottenham Hotspur vs Everton

Tottenham Hotspur are under huge pressure heading into the final game of the season as the relegation battle goes right down to the wire. Injuries in attack and defense continue to hurt Spurs badly, while Everton arrive with a more balanced squad and less pressure weighing on them.

Prediction: Tottenham 1:1 Everton

West Ham United vs Leeds United

West Ham United must win and hope results elsewhere go their way if they want to avoid relegation on the final day. Leeds United have fewer injury concerns overall and could take advantage of the nervous atmosphere if West Ham struggle to settle early in the game.

Prediction: West Ham 2:2 Leeds United
