Hilton Head Christian Academy baseball claims Class 4A Upper State title
BLUFFTON, S.C. (WSAV) — The Hilton Head Christian Academy baseball team won the SCISA Class 4A Upper State title at home on Wednesday against Augusta Prep.
Hilton Head Christian never trailed in the 9-5 victory, which gave them their 27th triumph on the season.
The win marks the second time the Eagles defeated Augusta Prep this season. On April 30, HHCA defeated Augusta Prep, 1-0
The Eagles have not lost to a team in the Palmetto State this season.
Their two losses were to Northern Christian, a 3-0 loss to a team from St. Petersburg, Fla., on Feb. 16 and to Savannah Christian, an 8-7 loss in extra innings to a team from Savannah, Ga.
