Kyle Larson Reflects on His Children's Heartfelt Tributes to Kyle Busch
LEBANON – In recent days, Kyle Larson expressed pride in how his children have shown support for the family of fellow NASCAR Cup driver Kyle Busch, who recently passed away. During a tribute to Busch at the Coca-Cola 600 on May 24 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Larson's 11-year-old son, Owen, reached out to Busch’s son, Brexton, offering comfort by wrapping his arm around him. The two boys have become friends through their shared experiences at the racetrack.
Just three days later, Larson's 8-year-old daughter, Audrey, celebrated a personal victory by winning a dirt-track race in Nebraska. In a touching homage to Busch, she honored his legacy by performing the iconic Busch bow during her celebration.
This sense of camaraderie and respect among young racers underscores the close-knit nature of the NASCAR community, especially in times of loss.
