The Corning-Painted Post Hawks will face the Elmira Express Saturday afternoon in New York's NYSPHSAA softball playoffs.

The two teams will compete for the Class AAA Section IV championship.

The Hawks are heavy favorites, entering the game as the No. 5 ranked team in the latest edition of the MaxPreps state rankings.
