The sectional semifinal matchups produced thrilling finishes as the Pirates, Bulldogs, and Chargers all clinched their places in the championship games. In a dramatic contest, the Greensburg Pirates triumphed over Jennings County with a score of 6-2 after eight innings.

The Pirates took an early lead in the first inning when Colt McCalvin's single allowed Hayden Ramsey to score. They extended their advantage in the fourth inning thanks to Ethan Bishop's center-field single that brought McCalvin home, making it 2-0. Jennings County responded with a run in the fifth and tied the game in the sixth, pushing the contest into extra innings. With the bases loaded in the eighth, Greensburg capitalized; Bishop drew a walk that scored Walsman, followed by three more walks which allowed the Pirates to pull ahead 6-2. Ethan Smith then closed the game by retiring the Panthers in order during the bottom of the eighth.

In another semifinal, Batesville defeated South Dearborn 4-2, propelled by a powerful start. Brayden Maple's three-run homer in the first inning set the tone, and Dane Dudley added another home run in the second. Although South Dearborn managed to score twice, Batesville held firm to secure the win. William Huber earned the victory on the mound, pitching 5.2 innings with one earned run allowed.
