Victor Wembanyama, the standout player for the San Antonio Spurs, has a rich family background steeped in athletics. His parents, Félix Wembanyama and Elodie de Fautereau, are both former sports competitors who played significant roles in shaping his journey from a small town near Paris to the NBA spotlight.

Félix and Elodie, who reside in Le Chesnay, welcomed their first child, Eve, in December 2001, followed by Victor in January 2004, and their youngest son, Oscar, in March 2007. While Eve has made her mark in 3x3 basketball, winning gold medals for France in various youth championships, Oscar has also pursued the family sport, recently joining his brother’s former club, Nanterre 92, where he clinched a national title.
