Baltimore Ravens have 5 free agents who remain unsigned as OTAs begin

The first phase of NFL free agency is behind us, and all eyes are on the start of OTAs and the mandatory minicamp following April's NFL draft. The Ravens rarely move away from their organizational philosophy, but after only registering 30 sacks last season and hiring Jesse Minter, the Ravens went all out, agreeing to a four-year, $112 million deal with former Bengals edge rusher Trey Hendrickson.

While the franchise didn't undergo a complete rebuild, Eric DeCosta has used the draft and undrafted free-agent signings to add youth and dynamic playmakers on both sides of the football. Over the next month, Baltimore will hold nine OTA sessions and three days of mandatory minicamp.

Voluntary offseason workout programs are intended to provide training, teaching, and physical conditioning for players. As per Article 21 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, each club's official, voluntary nine-week offseason program is conducted in three phases, and Baltimore was one of the first to begin, thanks to a new head coach.

As OTAs and mandatory mini-camps draw near, multiple Ravens free agents remain unsigned. Here’s a breakdown of notable names still on the market and how their situations could impact Baltimore moving forward.

DT Taven Bryan

Bryan had five tackles and one-half sack in five games.

WR DeAndre Hopkins

A 13-year vet and free agent, Hopkins was the Ravens' third option behind Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews. Hopkins' 37 targets were similar to Rashod Bateman (38) and Isaiah Likely (35) as he logged 22 catches for 330 yards and two touchdowns, career lows in nearly every significant receiving category.

OL Joseph Noteboom

Noteboom played 151 snaps for the Ravens as a swing tackle, posting a 34.1 pass block grade.

DL Brent Urban

Urban was without a team for much of the 2025 offseason but returned to Baltimore for a fourth year. He finished the 2024 regular season with 20 tackles (nine solo) and two pass deflections in 13 games, while in 2025 Urban logged 19 tackles and a half-sack in 15 games.

OLB Kyle Van Noy

Van Noy, 34, just finished his third season in Baltimore and dropped from 12 1/2 sacks in 2024 to two in 2025.
