Eagles announce 20 changes across football operations staff

Clara Montenegro DuBerke joins as a player personnel and football operations coordinator, Samantha Harvey as a video assistant, and Mike Maccagnan as a personnel executive. Caspian Svenson was hired as a pro scout, while Fred Hale joined the sports medicine and performance staff as an assistant strength and conditioning coach.
