GMLOK's Goergen delivers two big runs at Hamline Elite meet
Apr. 24— GMLOKS junior Tate Goergen had a pair of top-five finishes at the Hamline Elite track and field meet, which features the best athletes in the state of Minnesota, on Friday.
Goergen took second place in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:53.98. Aaron Peterson of Anoka won the race with a time of 1:52.87.
Goergen took fifth in the 400-meter run with a new GMLOKS record time of 48.76 seconds. Pierce Petersohn of Triton won the 400 with a time of 47.24 seconds.
