Hurricanes get night games for three September contests
Miami will kick off in the evening for three September games, the ACC announced Wednesday.
The Hurricanes’ home game against Florida A&M on Sept. 10 will start at 8 p.m. Miami’s road game against Wake Forest on Sept. 18 will start at 7:30 p.m. UM will begin its Sept. 26 home game against Central Michigan at 6:30 p.m.
The game against Florida A&M is on a Thursday night. The Wake Forest game is on a Friday night. The Central Michigan game is on a Saturday evening.
The kickoff times for five of the Hurricanes’ 12 regular-season games have been announced. UM will start the season against Stanford at 9 p.m. Eastern time (6 p.m. in California) on Sept. 4. Miami will face Notre Dame on the road at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 7.
The Hurricanes are 3-0 all-time against FAMU, which is an FCS program. Miami is 9-3 all-time against Wake Forest and has won the last eight matchups; UM has not lost to the Demon Deacons since 1944. Miami is 1-0 against Central Michigan, beasting
