This evening, the Seattle Mariners are preparing to take on the Baltimore Orioles for the sixth time in just ten days. George Kirby, the Mariners’ pitcher, has expressed his frustration over the lack of offensive support, having received a mere six runs combined in his last eight appearances versus the Orioles.
In roster updates, emergency call-up Curtis Washington Jr. did not see any game action last night and has since been sent back to Everett. In his place, INF/OF Connor Joe has been brought back up to join the team.
Fans can catch the game starting at 6:40 PM PT. It will be broadcasted on Mariners TV, featuring Aaron Goldsmith, Angie Mentink, and sideline reporter Ryan Rowland-Smith. For radio listeners, 710 Seattle Sports will provide coverage with Rick Rizzs and Shannon Drayer calling the action.
