MLB outfield power rankings entering week 8
The 2026 MLB season is through seven weeks. While numerous players are off to hot starts, the Atlanta Braves have proven to be the best team in the league. There is a lot of baseball left, and player statistics and team performances will see a lot of movement. As the league enters week eight, here are the top ten outfielder rankings in MLB.

1. Aaron Judge, New York Yankees

Judge is the game’s best player. Entering the week, he leads MLB outfielders in home runs. He continues to heat up and is chasing a third consecutive AL MVP.
2. Mickey Moniak, Colorado Rockies

3. Andy Pages, Los Angeles Dodgers
Pages is quietly having one of the best starts of any MLB outfielder. Entering the week, he leads MLB outfielders in hits and RBI. In a stacked Los Angeles lineup, Pages has been the team’s best producer.
4. Mike Trout, Los Angeles Angels
Trout is having his best start in recent seasons. He was well on his way to becoming a first ballot Hall of Famer before injuries piled up. If he stays healthy, he can produce in line with his career averages of seasons that did not end due to injuries.
5. Jordan Walker, St. Louis Cardinals

6. James Wood, Washington Nationals

7. Michael Harris, Atlanta Braves
Harris is having a great start to the season. In recent years, he’s been a slow starter, but not in 2026. He’s off to have the best season of his career.
8. Riley Greene, Detroit Tigers
The home runs haven’t come, but Green is getting on base at a high clip. He’s been one of Detroit’s best hitters through seven weeks. Entering the week, he’s among MLB outfield leaders in hits, OBP, and OPS.
9. Oneil Cruz, Pittsburgh Pirates
Oneil Cruz is the outfield version of Elly De La Cruz. He has a combination of power and speed that is hard to match. Cruz’s batting average isn’t where he’d like it to be, but he’s hitting home runs and stealing bases.
10. Byron Buxton, Minnesota Twins
Buxton is heating up. He’s been on a tear in recent weeks. Entering the week, his hot streak has moved him to second in home runs among MLB outfielders.
