Former NBA star Paul Pierce has finalized a plea agreement with prosecutors in Los Angeles regarding his DUI charge, as revealed in court documents accessed by The California Post. On Tuesday, Pierce entered a nolo contendere plea to a single misdemeanor charge of wet reckless driving.
As part of his sentence, the Boston Celtics icon will serve one year of probation. Additionally, he is required to pay a fine of $375 and complete several courses, including a program offered by Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) that focuses on the impact of such offenses on victims.
