Southern Miss football schedule times, TV for 5 games in 2026 revealed
Kickoff times and TV channels for some of Southern Miss football's 2026 games have been announced, including the season opener.
The Golden Eagles' season will start Sept. 5 against Alcorn State at 4 p.m. at M.M. Roberts Stadium. The game will stream on ESPN+.
Southern Miss will then play at Auburn on Sept. 12 (6:30 or 6:45 p.m., ESPNU or SEC Network) before returning home to face UConn on Sept. 19 (6 p.m., ESPN+).
The start time and TV channels for Southern Miss' two midweek games were also announced. Southern Miss will play at Troy on Tuesday, Oct. 6 (7 p.m., ESPN2) and host James Madison on Thursday, Nov. 5 (7 p.m., ESPN or ESPN2).
The Golden Eagles went 7-6 last season, losing to Western Kentucky in the New Orleans Bowl. Coach Charles Huff left for Memphis before the bowl game, and Blake Anderson was promoted to head coach.

- Nov. 14: at Louisiana Tech
- Nov. 21: vs. South Alabama
- Nov. 28: at Old Dominion
