Talented Allen 2029 QB prospect Ty Snell to throw at Texas Elite Camp
In just a few days, some of the best high school players in the country will descend on Austin for the Elite Camp. That group will now include quarterback Ty Snell. The Texas native is a highly regarded player in the 2029 class and will get to show Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian and his staff why he should be a player they pursue.
Snell's competition will include players in 9th-12th grade who can perform at a high level. Those prospects will receive positional instruction and take part in one-on-one competitions. Those competitions should give the Allen High star a chance to showcase his game.

While Snell is not ranked, he has drawn the interest of some of the top programs in the nation. He has received offers from Arkansas, Auburn, Baylor, Colorado, Florida State, Georgia, Houston, Kansas State, Ohio State, Oregon, Texas Tech, and UCLA. That list should continue to grow as his collegiate debut inches closer.
Although the 2029 season is still far away, the Longhorns have already connected with some of the best players available. They have made offers to Jairus Ingram, Carlos Lopez, Dylan Thomas, Jamar Branson, and BJ LaFell. All of those players are highly regarded by various scouts.

Even though Texas has not made an offer to Snell yet, that could change in the near future. At the Elite Camp, the Longhorns will get to see Snell's skill set and how he matches up against elite competition. If all goes well, the Longhorns could Snell a priority as they try to build a national title-contending roster for the 2029 campaign.
