UNM Set for 8 PM Showdown Against North Dakota State on The CW

The University of New Mexico's football team will face North Dakota State in a highly anticipated game on October 24, with kickoff scheduled for 8 p.m. The matchup will be broadcast on The CW, marking the Lobos' third appearance on the network this season.

This contest at University Stadium will also serve as UNM's homecoming event, adding extra excitement to the occasion. It will be the first time the Lobos have squared off against the Bison, who are joining the Mountain West as a football-only member after a strong history in the FCS division.

Under the guidance of head coach Jason Eck, the Lobos have been selected for a total of eight nationally televised games this season. Their schedule includes noteworthy matchups against Central Michigan, Oklahoma, and New Mexico State, along with several conference games, ensuring ample exposure on networks like CBS Sports Network, FS1, ESPN2, and The CW.

Future announcements regarding the specific Fox network airing the UNM-Hawaii game will be made as the season approaches. Meanwhile, only the games against FCS Mercyhurst, UTEP, and San Jose State will be available for streaming on MW+, the Mountain West's new digital platform, with kickoff times for those contests pending further updates.

With a busy schedule ahead, the Lobos aim to make a significant impact in the Mountain West this season.
