2026 All-Section and All-Conference Softball Teams Revealed
On June 9, the high school softball scene celebrated the announcement of the 2026 All-Section and All-Conference teams, showcasing standout players from various schools. This recognition highlights the exceptional talent and dedication of young athletes in the region.
From Northfield, senior Grace Mostad and fellow seniors Lindsey Erickson and Emma Peroutka earned spots, alongside juniors Kristen Hafemeyer and Lily Jindra. Mankato East featured an impressive lineup with seniors Emily Hacker and Lydia Bance, while freshmen Kenley Staunton and Riley Fitzloff also made the list. Winona’s team included junior Caitlyn Bauer and senior Adyson Speltz, showcasing their prowess on the field.
Other notable selections came from Century, with sophomore Jadah Kroening and eighth-grader Kendall LaVelle making the cut. Mayo's representatives included juniors Chelsea Putzier and Ani Shank, while Red Wing celebrated senior Izzy Guetzlaff. Owatonna's Kendra Bogen and John Marshall’s Makenna Red Hill rounded out the impressive roster.
Honorable mentions also recognized additional talent, such as Northfield’s Aly Cook and Mankato East’s seventh graders Chloe Grams and London Hart. Contributions from other schools, including Caledonia and Chatfield, highlighted the depth of skill in the conference.
