Boys lacrosse Shore Conference Tournament brackets, schedule
The Shore Conference Tournament seedings are out for boys lacrosse.
Last year, Rumson-Fair Haven won the title over Manasquan in a comeback effort. This season, the tournament is seemingly more wide open and more teams can make a legit run. The Bulldogs head into the tournament the No. 2 seed due to losing to No. 1 CBA earlier this season. Both the Colts and Bulldogs - as well as No. 3 Southern and No. 4 Holmdel - have byes all the way to the quarterfinals.
Below is the schedule with scores and updates. The championship game will be played at the Monmouth University football field on May 21.
First Round (Tuesday, May 12)
No. 16 Barnegat at No. 9 Manalapan, 6 p.m.
No. 13 Red Bank Catholic at No. 12 Point Pleasant Borough, 4 p.m.
No. 14 Ocean Township at No. 11 Toms River East, 6:30 p.m.
No. 15 Howell at No. 10 Middletown South, 6 p.m.
Second Round (Thursday, May 14)
No. 8 Wall vs Winner of Manalapan/Barnegat
No. 5 Manasquan vs Winner of RBC/Point Boro
No. 6 Shore vs Winner of TRE/Ocean
No. 7 Red Bank Regional vs Winner of Howell/Midd South
Quarterfinals (Saturday, May 16)
Semifinals (Tuesday, May 19)
Championship (Thursday, May 21 at Monmouth University)
