After four months of drama, rumors, intrigue and speculation, Aaron Rodgers finally made up his mind and returned to the Pittsburgh Steelers over the weekend, ending his lengthy mind games with the franchise, their fan base and the NFL.

Rodgers' manufactured indecision would be more frustrating or annoying coming from a different player, but it's par for the course for him at this point. That's just how he is now and how he behaves.

Rodgers enjoys being mysterious off the field, like with his "mystery wife" who may or may not be real.

Many would prefer it if he didn't choose to be that way, however, including Colin Cowherd.

"He wanted to be known for more than football. Mission accomplished. Mysterious, curious, controversial, lost his endorsements, fascinating, interesting," Cowherd said on Tuesday's episode of "The Herd." "I would prefer my quarterback not be that, but that's what he is."

Cowherd compared Rodgers to Tom Brady and Peyton Manning, who were much more businesslike and football-focused than Rodgers.

Maybe that's why they won multiple Super Bowls and Rodgers hasn't.
