The Eagles kicked off their OTAs on Tuesday, and naturally, a hot topic of discussion is the potential trade of wide receiver A.J. Brown.

Many around the NFL believe the Eagles might deal Brown to the Patriots after June 1. Reporters took the opportunity to ask Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts during OTAs on Wednesday how a potential trade would impact the offense and his own performance, and Hurts took a sip of water.

Hurts answered the question with a strong response on how he thinks the offense could change without Brown.

"I think for us, we're focused on learning the offense," Hurts added. "It really doesn't change our approach to improving. You know there's a if. Obviously, it's been a lingering thing, but you know nothing can replace all the greatness we achieved together."

It seems likely that Brown won't be on the Eagles by the first week of June. His dead cap number for the season drops from $43 million to around $16 million with a post-June 1 trade, which is probably why Philadelphia hasn't dealt him yet.
