John Sterling's former Yankees partner paid perfect tribute with Aaron Judge call

As the world mourned the loss of John Sterling -- who died at the age of 87 after becoming an iconic voice of the New York Yankeeswith so many incredible calls -- his former broadcast partner Michael Kay paid the perfect tribute to him.

As Aaron Judge hit a dinger on Monday night, Kay went right into Sterling's classic home run call, along with Sterling's punny lines about Judge: "It is high! It is far! It is gone! Aaron Judge! A Judgian blast! Here comes the Judge!"

Earlier in the day, Kay got emotional speaking about Sterling telling Kay about wanting to walk his daughter down the aisle for her wedding.
