Real Madrid is still on the lookout for new talent, even as they celebrate the arrival of Julián Álvarez, a key player promised by club president Florentino Pérez. The midfield remains a focal point for potential signings, with Paris Saint-Germain's Vitinha and João Neves frequently mentioned as targets.
Both players have become pivotal to PSG under manager Luis Enrique, showcasing their skills as top-tier midfielders in Europe. Their technical prowess and consistent performances would make them valuable assets for any team, including Real Madrid. However, securing their signatures appears to be an uphill battle.
In a conversation with journalist Fabrizio Romano, renowned super-agent Jorge Mendes made it clear that neither Vitinha nor Neves would be leaving PSG. “Vitinha and Joao (Neves) were never an option for anyone. They are non-negotiable for Paris Saint-Germain and are very, very happy at PSG,” Mendes asserted.
This statement leaves little doubt about the intentions of PSG. The club is firmly committed to keeping both midfielders, who have expressed their satisfaction in remaining with the team.
