North Dakota Announces 2026 Class A Baseball All-State Selections
Jun. 4—JAMESTOWN — The North Dakota High School Activities Association unveiled the roster for the 2026 Class A Baseball All-State Team on Thursday, highlighting outstanding talent from across the state. Notably, Fargo South clinched the Class A State Championship by defeating West Fargo Sheyenne with a score of 6-1, after entering the tournament as the No. 3 seed from the Eastern Dakota Conference.
Among the honorees, Brody Mueller from Minot North was recognized as the NDHSCA POWERade Outstanding Senior Athlete. Additionally, Quinn Irey of West Fargo Horace, a graduate of the University of Jamestown, received accolades as the NDHSCA SUBWAY Coach of the Year.
Meanwhile, Jamestown's season concluded in the West Region Tournament play-in game, where they faced a 2-0 defeat against Mandan, wrapping up the year with a record of 10-16. The team will be moving forward without four graduating seniors: Bennett Goehner, Ethan Oettle, Hudson Rode, and Shane Martin.
