Purdue Secures Commitment from Offensive Lineman Chase Clark, Shifting from Oklahoma State

Chase Clark has made a decisive choice, declaring Purdue as his new home. The three-star offensive lineman from Mount Carmel High School in Chicago recently completed an official visit to Purdue and has now changed his commitment from Oklahoma State.

Reflecting on his visit, Clark shared, “The visit went great. The coaches stood out, and also the players’ belief in Coach Crabtree, Coach Odom and the rest of the coaching staff. Also their confidence about the team’s future stood out. The whole coaching staff was great to be around and it’s a place I know I’m going to do great things at. I flipped to Purdue today and I’m home.”

With this decision, Clark becomes the 14th commitment for head coach Barry Odom and his team in this recruiting cycle. He joins fellow offensive linemen Patrick O’Brien and Nicholas Schurman as part of the class.

Clark gained recognition as a standout performer at the recent Rivals Under Armour Camp in Chicago. Acknowledged for his skills, he competed closely for the positional MVP, demonstrating his ability by besting several defensive linemen throughout the event.

As Clark transitions to Purdue, he looks forward to leveraging his talents in a program that has shown significant promise under its current coaching staff.
